NONAME NERD: EXPERT SYSTEMS PURCHASE OPTIONS POLICY

To ensure maximum clinical and pedagogical momentum, Noname Nerd offers flexible acquisition models for our engines and artifacts. This policy outlines the protocols for Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and our Trial Interface.

01 | SYSTEM PROTOCOLS (SUBSCRIPTIONS) When you enroll in a subscription for our professional resources or monthly encounter modules:

Frequency and Delivery: You will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at the time of enrollment.

Secure Billing: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you have opted for a "Pay in Advance" tier.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of their cycle to prevent any interruption in your clinical or classroom flow.

Cancellation: You may modify or cancel your protocol at any time. Management links are included in every order confirmation email, or you may contact brian@nonamenerd.com for assistance.

02 | PRE-ORDER DEPLOYMENT (ADVANCE RESERVATIONS) When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing a professional asset that is currently in production or awaiting final deployment.

Payment Logic: We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout to authorize your intent. Your payment method will be stored and charged for the remaining balance upon the product's official release.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to fulfillment for a full refund of your deposit.

Post-Fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it falls under our standard Refund Policy.

03 | THE TRIAL INTERFACE (TRY BEFORE YOU BUY) For select physical artifacts, we offer a "Trial Interface" to ensure the tool fits your specific clinical or educational environment.

Authorization: We will authorize your payment method at the time of the order, but no funds will be captured immediately.

The Evaluation Window: You will have a designated period (specified at checkout) to evaluate the system.

Finalization: If the item is not returned within the evaluation window, our system will automatically process the charge for the full amount.

Returns: If the system does not meet your requirements, it must be returned in its original condition within the trial period to avoid being charged.
